Shipping Policy
Please read the following carefully before finalizing your order:
Important: If you are ordering by credit card or phone, please provide the address at which you receive the credit card bill or statement in the billing address section. If this address does not verify with your card issuing institution, order processing may be delayed. Order processing may also be delayed if the billing and shipping addresses are different.
If you give a wrong shipping address and if UPS
charge an extra amount to us, then we will charge it to your account which you
provided at the time of placing the order (we can provide you a proof of the
extra amount being charged by UPS on request).
Sales Tax: Dual Electronics, Inc. is
required by Texas State law to collect applicable sales tax for all orders
having a destination in the state of Texas. Recipients of orders in
other states are responsible for informing their respective state/city taxing
authority of the value of goods received by them without any sales tax added.
In the case our ordering system does not charge you a sales tax but the order
is destined for any zip code in the state of Texas.
Domestic Shipping (in the US): We use UPS for domestic orders. For Next-Day, Two-Day and Three-Day services, we require that orders be placed by 3.00pm CST. Orders received later will be shipped on the following business day. Note that we are closed Tuesdays and,
therefore, cannot ship on Tuesdays. Please note that UPS does not
deliver to PO Box addresses. Also, UPS does not deliver on weekends.
International/APO/FPO Shipping: Shipping charges
for international addresses or to APO and FPO addresses are
not available at the time of placement of order. You will see a "$0.00" value
for shipping when the order is being shipped such addresses.
We will charge as per USPS charges.
Please note that if any customs duty and related charges are required to be paid by
any country of destination, it will be the responsibility of the customer.
We will charge the shipping and forwarding charges to your order and we will
ship out your merchandise.
Out-Of-Stock Situations: If there happens
to be one or more items out of stock at the time of processing the order, we
will charge for and ship only the items that are in stock. The
out-of-stock items will be placed on "back order." Once we have
sufficient stock, we will charge and process that back-order,
unless customer has e-mailed a cancelation request for the back-order prior to processing and
shipping.
Order Confirmation: When you finalize your order, you will receive a pre-confirmation email notifying you that the order has been received. Once the submitted credit card information is verified, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been processed. UPS tracking number
can also be provided upon request after the order has been handed to UPS. For International/APO/FPO
orders, the order will be shipped via United State Postal Service (unless
otherwise instructed by the customer). If no notification is given by
the customer prior to shipping, it will be assumed the order and estimated
shipping charges are approved and the order will be processed.
Major Appliances: The shipping cost will
not be accurate when you place the order, we will e-mail you the correct
shipping cost and await for your confirmation. You also need to fill out our
credit authorization form. Delivery usually takes between 7-10 working days
after the shipment.
Returns Policy
Our return policy is formulated to ensure customer satisfaction. Most of the brand name products we carry, come with a standard one year warranty from the manufacturers. On top of that, we offer a return policy of our own with the following terms and conditions: -
KITCHEN AID and MAJOR APPLIANCES
have a no-return policy. Orders for any Kitchen Aid and Major appliance will be shipped directly from our
warehouse and can not be returned or exchanged once the order has been
processed. -
Clearance items have a no-return policy.
Orders for any items in the Clearance bin will be shipped and can not be returned or exchanged once the order has been
processed. -
Merchandise never used after receipt and in unopened original condition may be returned to us within 15 days for a refund or credit.
Returned items that are not with the original packaging and that are not
included with the original accessories will not be accepted.-
The shipping charge as well as the 15% payment processing fee is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return
any merchandise. .-
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and include all supporting accessories and manuals. -
Exchanges, replacements or refunds are processed only after receipt of returned merchandise
and upon satisfactory inspection. -
We will not accept damaged or misused merchandise. -
If merchandise is found defective, we request that you contact us immediately.
Order Claims for Lost or Damaged Packages, or
Defective Items
WE TEST ALL APPLIANCES AND EQUIPMENTS PRIOR TO
PACKAGING - only properly functioning products are shipped to customers.
All our customer will have to contact manufacturer for any claims
regarding defective merchandise. If package is received damaged or is
deemed lost, we will provide the customer the necessary data and information
from the courier for them to file a claim. |
